I’ve been with DRx for a while. They've been around for a long time. I usually get products that I believe in, those which doctors and nurses themselves use. Dr May has been seeing me and I’m very happy she can address my questions. Shanice has been very open with her own laser treatments and helpful with my purchases and packages. After a few pico sessions, I feel much happier with my face! Will bring my mom here if she’s willing to try out

Just wanted to say thank you to the team at DRx Clinic for their expertise and attentiveness from day one! I've been going to the clinic for a few years and they never fail to take the time to explain any new procedure thoroughly, educate me on what results I can expect and are transparent with their pricing. Also recently started haircare treatments at the Medispa on level 14, so far so good, looking forward to seeing the results!🙏🏻

Redeemed a free voucher for a 45 minute eye treatment with serum, massage and gold mask. The place was clean and the treatment was relaxing. They offered a facial for a top up of 100 sgd but I politely declined as I just had one a few days ago at another place. Good thing is that they do not hard sell like other places. I liked the treatment. The only improvement would be for the beautician to proactively explain the treatment while applying it, instead of waiting to be asked each time.

Christina is very friendly and explained in details the packages that are suitable for me. Dr. Walter is very nice and friendly too. Overall I had a pleasant time at the clinic.

I’ve had 4 yellow laser sessions with the clinic so far and my friends and I have both seen an improvement in my skin condition already! I was treated by Dr Chua who is extremely patient and kind. He will take the time to explain the different treatment options in detail and suggest the optimal one based on your concerns and goals. Would definitely recommend this clinic! Looking forward to my remaining sessions :)

Dr Chua is amazing , he really cares about his patients, listens to them and makes friendly conversation. Both the customer assistants Pinky and Shanice are also very helpful. I will definitely go back again.

Dr. Goh was very professional and approachable. He explained to me what options would be suitable for me. He did the yellow laser for me and ensured I was comfortable as it was my first time doing it. He also chatted with me which made me more relaxed during the treatment. His assistant Constance was also very professional and patient. She guided me post-consultation and ensured I was taken care of. Special mention to my facial therapist Fion who is always patient and accommodating to my last min appointments! She ensures I am comfortable and taken care of during facials. Overall, a good experience for me.
